This sweeps has ended

If you're already a SiriusXM subscriber, search for “Phish 360’” or “Phish360” using the search feature in the SiriusXM app to find the Phish collection, and listen to the various content within the collection for at least one (1) second to find five (5) pop-ups hidden within the collection. Each pop-up will take you to an entry form to submit an entry for a chance to win. You may submit up to five (5) entries. Remember, streaming is included with your plan (including your vehicle trial). If you haven't already set up your streaming login, download the App. If you are a SiriusXM subscriber, but your subscription does not include the Phish collection, follow the instructions below. Make sure you are using the latest version of the SiriusXM app.

To submit an entry if you do not have a subscription to SiriusXM to access the collection or do not wish to enter using the SiriusXM app, print your first name, last name, postal address, phone number and email address on a 3x5 card or piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to: Phish at Sphere SiriusXM Sweepstakes, PO Box 1948, South Hackensack, NJ 07606. Your mail-in entry must be postmarked no later than April 4, 2024 and received by Sponsor no later than April 10, 2024. Submit only one (1) mail-in entry in the envelope to receive five (5) entries.

Each person is limited to five (5) entries per person, regardless of the method of entry.

The prize consists of two (2) tickets for Phish Live at Sphere scheduled for April 18, April 19, April 20 and April 21 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Winner and their guest must be at least 21 years of age.

One winner will be determined in a random drawing to be held on or about April 10, 2024 and notified by phone. Winner must respond within 12 hours and return all required documents by the deadline provided or will be disqualified and alternate winner may be selected.
