First, register your account. Please note: To complete your registration, you’ll need your Radio ID or Account Number. If you already registered, log in to the Online Account Center and go to the My Subscriptions tab. Locate the radio/plan you’d like to change and select Change my subscription from the dropdown menu. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan with this option.
Please note: The Online Account Center is available for accounts purchased directly from SiriusXM by chat, over the phone, by mail, or at siriusxm.com. Subscriptions purchased through the SXM App or another retailer, as well as subscriptions billed through an entity other than SiriusXM, must be managed directly with the specific providers.
