How do I start the SiriusXM trial subscription that is included in all Lucid vehicles?

On the Lucid infotainment system:

  1. Tap on the Music Icon

  2. Tap SiriusXM

  3. Accept the Terms & Conditions and then tap Listen Now.

Do I need a credit card to start my trial subscription?

No. The SiriusXM trial subscription does not require a credit card.

How do I subscribe to SiriusXM to continue listening after the trial subscription ends?

You can purchase a subscription online or by calling 1-855-596-9555.

How do I transfer my existing SiriusXM subscription to my Lucid vehicle?

If you recently traded in or sold your vehicle with SiriusXM service, you can easily move your subscription to your new car.

  1. Log in to My Account,

  2. Select “Manage” for the vehicle you would like to transfer service

  3. Choose “Transfer subscription” from the Modify dropdown and follow the prompts.

If you already have a SiriusXM account, you can add a new vehicle to that account.

  1. Log in to My Account,

  2. Select “Car + Streaming” in the “Get another subscription section” and follow the prompts. It’s fast and easy, and you won’t lose your trial.

Please note: you’ll need the Radio ID for your new vehicle.

How do I find my Radio ID that is needed to subscribe to SiriusXM after my trial subscription.

The 12-character Radio ID is found by tapping on Primary > Settings > Applications > SiriusXM > System Settings > Radio ID.

Do I need a wireless internet connection to listen to SiriusXM in my Lucid vehicle?

Yes.The SiriusXM service utilizes the cellular data connectivity that is embedded in your Lucid vehicle. If you are in an area with poor cellular data service, SiriusXM (and other media aps) may not function as desired

Do I need to purchase an in-vehicle data connectivity plan to listen to SiriusXM?

No. Your Lucid vehicle includes data connectivity to listen to SiriusXM.
