Dr. Lance Izumi joins the show to discuss San Francisco's public school system announced a brand-new "grading for equity" system, which will take effect next year. Under the new policy, students will be able to take their final exam multiple times, achieve an A with a score of 80, and earn a D with a 21. And homework and weekly tests won't count towards their final grade.
