  • The 2000s & Today Top 15 Countdown Saturdays 12 pm ET
Rebroadcasts Saturdays 7 pm, Sundays 9 am, 3 pm & 10 pm ET, Mondays 3 am ET
Each week, Ron Ross, Kim Ashley, Jim Ryan and Karen Carson will count down the top 15 Pulse songs from a particular week between 2000 and 2010, plus the top 15 currently on the Pulse!

  • Ron Ross | email
    Weekdays 6 am - 11 am ET
    Weekends 9 am - 3 pm ET
Ron attended the University of MD, but note the term "attend," not “finished.” Hey, radio called. Ron kinda plays drums and guitar, can tell you everything about Spider-Man and Batman, watched Lost with his DVR to catch every detail and wishes they'd remake The Fairly OddParents.

  • Kim Ashley | email
    Weekdays 11 am - 5 pm ET
    Saturdays 3 pm - 9 pm ET
    Sundays 9 pm - 3 am ET
Kim has always had an interest in music and entertainment, from the moment she attended her very first concert (Billy Joel) to interviewing some of her favorite artists (Sheryl Crow, Rob Thomas, Alanis Morissette, Duran Duran, Hootie and the Blowfish) for The Pulse.

  • Jim Ryan | email
    Weekdays 5 pm - 9 pm ET
Jim got into radio because of a strong aversion to “digging ditches or wearing suits and ties.” And it's worked out well... When not focused on his boat, Jim will tell you about the time Alanis Morissette rushed him out of a backstage bathroom, and when he hung with Matchbox 20 on their tour bus.

  • Karen Carson | email
    Mondays - Saturdays 9 pm - 3 am ET
    Sundays 3 pm - 9 pm ET
Karen loves all of the different faces in the building at SiriusXM – from Howard Stern to Sheryl Crow. She also loves the freedom to talk about whatever she wants. Her other favorite things in life are her son and twin daughters, with kickboxing taking a close third.
