You can also enjoy SiriusXM online, on the SiriusXM app, and at home on connected devices — it’s included with your trial subscription. To learn more about your trial, register and log in to your SiriusXM account. Your trial details may also be included in the paperwork that came with your vehicle or in communications from SiriusXM. Your current Subscription status may also be displayed on the SiriusXM app Settings screen in your vehicle.

Selecting SiriusXM as the Audio Source
To listen to SiriusXM in your Volvo, select SiriusXM from your vehicle’s media source menu or apps screen.Depending on your Volvo model and infotainment system, SiriusXM may appear within the vehicle’s audio, media, or entertainment source options.

Accessing Service in Vehicle
SiriusXM service in Volvo vehicles may be delivered through satellite, IP streaming, or a combination of both, depending on the model and vehicle configuration. Most SiriusXM-equipped Volvo vehicles use satellite radio service in the vehicle, as well as IP streaming content like artist stations, Xtra channels, and on-demand shows on all new models. Your subscription also includes access to the SiriusXM app as part of the trial, so you can listen on your phone, online, and on compatible connected devices outside the vehicle. Some Volvo models may use your vehicle’s IP-based internet streaming instead of satellite radio. For example, EX30 is IP-only, while still providing the full range of SiriusXM audio content. Because the service experience can vary by model, available features and content may depend on your vehicle, connection, location, and device capabilities.
