Why does my radio not have all channels included in my plan?

All channels may not be available on your vehicle's radio as each radio chipset is different. If a channel is included in your plan but is not available on your radio, you can still enjoy all of our channels via the SiriusXM app. Streaming on the SiriusXM mobile or desktop app is included in your satellite plan.

If you’re new to streaming, click here to set up your streaming username and password. If you have already set up a streaming username, you can sign into the Online Account Center and go to manage plan to find your streaming username.

If the channel is included in your plan but is not available on your radio, you can enjoy this content on the SiriusXM mobile or desktop app. If the channel is included in your plan and should be available on your radio, you may need to perform a Power Cycle on your radio. By performing a Power Cycle, you are resetting your radio. Follow the steps below to perform a power cycle:

  1. Turn off your vehicle, including your radio

  2. Open and close your driver side door

  3. Please wait 3 minutes before turning your vehicle & radio back on

You should now be able to access your missing channels. If you’re still experiencing issues after performing these steps, you may also need to send a signal to your radio.
