We should’ve known Blake Shelton was up to a festive surprise when he recently posted a photo of a recording studio decked out in holiday lights and a wreath with the caption, “I guess it’s about that time of year again…”

The country superstar just announced that he’s releasing an extended version of his Christmas album, Cheers, it’s Christmas, with three new songs. The original album was released 10 years ago with 14 tracks, including “Jingle Bell Rock” featuring Miranda Lambert, “Oklahoma Christmas” featuring Reba McEntire and “Home” featuring Michael Bublé. It reached the number-one spot on Billboard‘s US Top Holiday Albums chart.

The new version, out November 11, will be called Cheers, it’s Christmas (Super Deluxe). “We’re in the super deluxe spirit this year, y’all!!!” Shelton captioned his Instagram post. Fans can pre-order the album here.

Shelton — who’s been a member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2010 — most recently released the ’90s-style track “No Body,” which he says he loves because “the hook has such a twist to it.” Staying true to the era, the single artwork features Shelton in a black cowboy hat with a mullet.

After more than a decade as a judge on the TV show The Voice, Shelton announced that Season 23 will be his last. Starting February 16, 2023, he’s set to hit the road with Carly Pearce and Jackson Dean on his Back to the Honky Tonk Tour.
