Taylor Swift is heading to infinity and beyond.
After weeks of speculation fueled by a mysterious countdown on her website and billboards appearing in cities around the world, Disney and Pixar have officially confirmed that the pop superstar will contribute a new original song, “I Knew It, I Knew You,” to the “Toy Story 5” soundtrack. Listen to the song starting Friday, June 5.
The track marks Taylor’s return to country music — and her first new release since her record-breaking album “The Life of a Showgirl” — and will arrive Friday, June 5, ahead of the film’s theatrical release on June 19, the studios announced Monday. The track is co-written and co-produced by Taylor and Jack Antonoff, their first time collaborating since Taylor’s “The Tortured Poets Department” album.
After releasing “The Life of a Showgirl,” joined SiriusXM Hits 1 to open up about her new album, Travis Kelce, and finding love at the same time as Selena Gomez.
