Matthew Stafford Says Watching Taylor Swift Run the ‘Patient Zero’ Set Was ‘Unbelievable’
The Rams quarterback opened up on SiriusXM about appearing in Taylor Swift’s new music video — and bringing his daughters along for the experience.

Matthew Stafford came away impressed after getting a behind-the-scenes look at Taylor Swift in action.
The Los Angeles Rams quarterback and his wife, Kelly, made surprise cameos in Taylor’s new “Patient Zero” music video, and Matthew discussed the experience on the September 28 episode of SiriusXM’s Let’s Go, available anytime on the SiriusXM app.
“It was a cool experience,” Matthew said, explaining that his daughters were also able to join him on set.
Matthew said watching Taylor manage so many different parts of the production stood out to him most.
“My girls were there on the set, got to see how all that was done and how she kind of carries herself, which is unbelievable,” he said.
“She’s directing, producing, editing, running the show, obviously the lead singer,” Matthew added. “It’s a pretty impressive thing, and I was really happy to be a part of it.”
The experience was especially meaningful because his daughters got to see Taylor work up close.
“I know my girls will never forget being there, seeing all that on set, which was cool,” Matthew said.
