Andy Cohen Gets the Story Behind Kim Kardashian’s Stolen Damond Ring

Days before armed robbers in Paris bound and gagged Kim Kardashian and stole her jewelry from her hotel, the reality star revealed the romantic way Kanye West gifted her a now missing $4 million ring.

Andy Cohen interviewed her September 27 — the day she flew to Paris — during The Girls Lounge Dinner at Advertising Week, giving visibility to women at Pier 60 in New York City.

The sparkler was a second engagement ring of sorts, she confirmed.

“My husband was very nice,” she began. “My husband did surprise me. It’s a really cute story. He’s gonna kill me if I share it. Should I?”

After the crowd cheered, Kardashian recounted how she first thought the rapper was giving her a pair of his Adidas Yeezys.

“I was sleeping, and he woke me up in the middle of the night and said, ‘Babe, babe, I got you something from Adidas.’ And I said, ‘I’ll get the shoes in the morning, babe, like, I’m sleeping,'” she said. “And then he put a box on my pillow, the Lorraine Schwartz box, and he goes, ‘No, open your eyes.’ And I open my eyes, and it was a box, and I woke up, I was like, ‘What is this?’ And he was like, ‘Well, you know I just did that big Adidas deal, so I got you something from Adidas.’ And he engraved ‘Adidas’ on the band inside, because he’s funny like that.'”
