‘Summer House Reunion’ Drama: Jesse Solomon on West Wilson’s Alleged Secret Girlfriend
“I mean, I just feel lied to,” the reality star admitted on Radio Andy’s “The Julia Cunningham Show.”
During today’s episode of Radio Andy’s “The Julia Cunningham Show,” Jesse Solomon weighed in on the “Summer House Reunion” clip teasing the reveal of West Wilson’s alleged “secret girlfriend,” admitting the situation has left him feeling disappointed and uncertain about their friendship moving forward.
“West and I have been very close for a long time now,” Jesse said. “I thought there was an understanding between them, and sounds like there wasn’t, so yeah. I mean, I just feel lied to.”
The reality star explained that while the drama surrounding the reunion continues to unfold online, he’s trying to take things “day by day” and remain supportive of both West and Amanda Batula.
“I do want to be a supportive friend just from a mental health perspective,” Jesse shared. “I know him and Amanda are going through a lot right now, so I just want to make sure everybody is okay, first and foremost.”
Still, Jesse acknowledged he doesn’t agree with how everything played out.
“What they did wasn’t the right thing to do,” he said. “I’m hoping that he can learn and grow from it.”
During the interview, Jesse also addressed speculation surrounding his song “Overrated,” which fans have linked to fellow “Summer House” cast member Ciara Miller.
While he declined to confirm whether the track was specifically inspired by Ciara, Jesse admitted the song explores “having feelings for somebody that maybe you’re not supposed to.”
“I’m not going to say who it’s about,” he said.
