Ice-T is expanding his media empire once again, this time with his own streaming network. During a recent appearance on Shade 45’s “CTRL, ALT, D-Stroy,” the legendary rapper, actor, and entrepreneur dished on launching a new free streaming platform alongside Big Court from the “Holding Court” podcast.

Ice-T explained to host D-Stroy that the platform is designed to give creators easier access to distribution without the long wait times often associated with larger streaming services. Comparing the service to Tubi, Ice-T explained that independent creators can quickly upload their content and potentially earn ad revenue based on viewership.

“You’ll find out real quick that nobody gives a [expletive] about you,” Ice-T said while describing content that struggles to gain traction.

The network will feature classic films like “Superfly” and “The Mack”, alongside independent content from creators looking for a platform to showcase their work. Ice-T emphasized the simplicity of the model: creators upload content, ads run during playback, and revenue is split based on performance.
