Doe

Doe’s upbringing was deeply rooted in the church, with both sides of her family heavily immersed in the Gospel way of life. Her parents, who had five children, eventually formed a group known as Forever Jones, a Christian gospel septet, where a 16-year-old DOE and her two sisters and two brothers played pivotal roles. This group released two albums under the EMI Gospel label, marking their contribution to the gospel music scene.

DOE possesses an angelic and soft side to her musical style, which resonates deeply with her audience and incorporates a Neo-soul approach to gospel music. During her journey, she also served as a Youth Pastor in Dallas, TX, while discovering her unique sound and embarking on a solo career. Notably, she collaborated with Jonathan McReynolds on some of her initial solo projects, showcasing her versatility as an artist.
