The air may be feeling cooler as autumn gets closer, but SoulCycle Radio is keeping the heat on with all-new mixes dedicated to making you move. The channel is kicking off the fall season and Friday nights with a new resident DJ mix from Gryffin starting on Friday, September 18 at 9pm ET.

Gryffin’s Sky Ride Mix

“Gryffin’s Sky Ride Mix” features feel-good and motivational music — perfect for starting your weekend off right. He is the latest DJ to join the Friday night lineup on SoulCycle Radio, along with Two Friends, who spin their popular “Bootie Mix” on alternating Friday nights at 9pm ET (including Friday, September 25).

Guest DJ Series

Throughout the fall, SoulCycle Radio is also handing over DJ duties to a revolving line of celebrities for a new artist takeover series.

This one-hour, star-studded Guest DJ series will launch with wedding and entertaining expert (and SoulCycle enthusiast) David Tutera as he spins his favorite high-intensity workout tracks beginning September 25.

On October 2, rapper Action Bronson plays his top workout tunes, songs from his new album, “Only For Dolphins,” and shares thoughts on how he stays motivated on his new weight loss journey.

The following week, singer-songwriter Ava Max takes over the airwaves on October 9, spinning her favorite motivating beats and music from her latest album, “Heaven & Hell.”

Each special airs at 3pm and 6pm ET on its premiere date, with replays at 10am and 5pm ET on Saturdays and 1pm ET on Sundays.

Guided Workouts

Get up and get moving with daily guided workout sessions as SoulCycle Instructors coach you through the moves. Catch instructor-led workouts ranging from HIIT and running to yoga and everything in between every Monday through Friday at 10am, 1pm, 5pm, and 8pm ET.

Sue Molnar

For another Saturday sweat session, don’t miss a new episode of “Sue’s Saturday Theme Party,” featuring Senior Master SoulCycle Instructor Sue Molnar as she sets the tone for a weekly at-home fitness and dance party. The all-new September 19 episode is throwing it back to the ’80s with special guest (and legendary MTV VJ and 80s on 8 host) Alan Hunter.

Noa Shaw

After all the excitement, cool things down during “Noa’s Self-Care Sunday.” For an hour every Sunday, Senior Instructor and life coach Noa Shaw guides listeners through self-care practices, including, but not limited to: yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises set to uplifting music and motivational messages.
