    Rebroadcast 12 am ET
Host Wanda Ramos shines the spotlight on a different Motown artist each week, and turns back the clock to count down 15 of the best soul songs from a specific year between 1960 to 1979.

  • Ken "Spider" Webb | email
    Weekdays 6 am - 12 pm ET
Back in the day, Ken "Spider" Webb caught most of his live music at the legendary Apollo Theater. He cites the Motown Review tours of 1964 and 1965 as the most memorable performances, and he's glad to be playing records by all of the great acts who graced that hallowed stage on Soul Town!

  • Jeff Foxx | email
    Weekdays 6 pm - 12 am ET
Jeff Foxx names "Love Jones" by The Brighter Side of Darkness as his favorite song of all time. His favorite group? Tower Of Power. OK, we get it: he's an aficionado... though Jeff admits he's not super-useful on the dance floor: "I can't dance, can't sing, but I can play a hell of a bass guitar!"

  • Tanya Simpson | email
    Weekends 6 pm - 12 am ET
As a teenager, Tanya Simpson's portable radio was a constant companion. "I would have big earphones on, singing ALL the lyrics like I wrote them myself." Known for her powerful, provocative voice, Tanya recalls almost losing it at her first Jackson 5 concert, "screaming louder than my older sister!"

  • Wanda Ramos | email
    Saturdays & Sundays 12 pm - 6 pm ET
Wanda's first concert was Sly and The Family Stone. "I was introduced to the band afterwards. Couldn't get much better than that!" She's a passionate soul music fan. "Back then, songs were stories and the music was raw and movin'! A party isn't a party without Philly Soul, Stax and classic Motown!"

  • Carol Ford | email
    Mondays - Fridays 12 pm - 6 pm ET
Carol's favorite concert? "Earth Wind & Fire! They had light shows, magic shows, it was like a fun house on stage and the music was magnificent!" Carol even still has her Nehru jacket from those days, "and if anybody's got a problem with that, they can meet me in the playground after school!"
