Steve Carell Reacts to Being Called a Silver Fox

Move over, Anderson Cooper and George Clooney. The internet has spoken, and there’s a new silver fox in town. His name is Steve Carell.

This week, Steve Carell’s new hair color is all the rage online — and according to the 54-year-old comedian, he’s along for the ride.

During an interview with Jessica Shaw of SiriusXM’s Entertainment Weekly Radio, just ahead of the release of “Despicable Me 3,” Shaw pointed out how all anyone seems to be talking about online these days is Carell’s new look. When asked how he’s handling his new heartthrob status, Carell joked that he stays up all night reading all the tweets and headlines.

“I just need to embrace it,” he said.
