Erika Jayne Defends Yolanda Hadid’s Health Journey After Lyme Disease Diagnosis
“She’s not 100 percent better. She’s got a long way to go,” Jayne told host Jenny McCarthy.

Yolanda Hadid is done with the drama.
The former model announced last week that she won’t return for Season 7 of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” and on Thursday, her costar and off-camera friend Erika Jayne confirmed the exit “was her choice.”
“She wanted to end it,” Jayne, 44, said on “Dirty, Sexy, Funny” with Jenny McCarthy.
McCarthy also asked about Hadid’s battle with Lyme disease, a controversial plot point last season as Housewives questioned her diagnosis and “Munchausen’s” became Bravo’s dirty word.
Lately, though, Hadid has been looking happy and healthy on Instagram.
“I felt like that recovery happened awfully quickly,” McCarthy said as Jayne stayed quiet. “Your silence speaks 1,000 words. So she’s doing really well now?”
“She’s not 100 percent better. She’s got a long way to go,” Jayne replied. “She just had another surgery, like two weeks ago. I don’t want to say what it is because that’s not fair for me to say. But she’s not 100 percent. She’s still in there. She’s still fighting.”
“Dirty, Sexy, Funny” with Jenny McCarthy airs weekdays from 10am–12pm ET on Stars.
