Mary Bonnet Says Selling Sunset Cost Her Over $500,000
The reality star appeared on SiriusXM’s “Boyfriend Material” with Harry Jowsey.
During an appearance on “Boyfriend Material with Harry Jowsey,” Mary Bonnet revealed she has lost more than $500,000 in real estate commissions because of “Selling Sunset.”
Mary recalled losing a $20 million listing after another agent compiled a video highlighting controversial moments from the Netflix reality series and showed it to a prospective client. She also said other clients asked her to remove herself from deals because they were being harassed over the show’s drama.
“Oh, more than that because it’s happened multiple times,” Mary said when asked whether she’d missed out on roughly $500,000 in commission.
During the interview, Mary also reflected on leaving “Selling Sunset,” admitting she experienced some FOMO when filming began without her after seven years on the series. Plus, she shared her hopes for the show’s future, discussed Christine Quinn’s return, and said she hopes the new cast finds success.
