Maria Menounos got a pleasant surprise during her visit to “The Howard Stern Show” when her boyfriend of 19 years, Keven Undergaro, dropped down to one knee and proposed to her live on air.
“Are you freaking kidding me right now?!” a shocked Menounos exclaimed before accepting the proposal. Her parents, Costas and Litsa Menounos, joined her in the studio to celebrate.
