Grouplove Performs Exclusive Stripped-Down Set for Alt Nation
Hear the band celebrate their new album, ‘Healer,’ with this ‘Alt Nation Session.’

Been busy jamming to Grouplove‘s long-awaited fourth studio album, “Healer”? In celebration of its March 13 release, Grouplove paid a visit to Alt Nation, featuring an interview and a live performance.
Grouplove was anything but tongue-tied during their “Alt Nation Session” as they chatted with SiriusXM host Madison and performed a stripped-down set that included new music and the Robyn classic “Dancing On My Own.” The band also shed a little light on “Healer,” their passionate and optimistic return to music for the first time since 2017.
Despite a slight step back from the spotlight, band members have remained busy — vocalist and keyboard player Hannah Hooper underwent brain surgery last year (inspiring much of the album) while bassist Daniel Gleason lent his production prowess to local Atlanta band Lunar Vacation for their new single “Unlucky.” Hear what the whole band has been up to when Grouplove’s “Alt Nation Session” airs on Monday, March 16 at 8am ET.
