Dana Carvey’s Sci-Fi Comedy Podcast ‘The Weird Places’ Airs on Team Coco Radio

All day long, listeners can hear the biggest interviews and the funniest stand-up moments from Conan O’Brien’s iconic TBS show, as well as select Team Coco podcasts, including “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend,” plus “Inside Conan” and “Conan O’Brien Needs a Fan.” Fresh commentary from Conan is also woven throughout the programming, as he recalls funny behind-the-scenes stories and other entertaining and insightful anecdotes.

“Finally, a use of satellite technology that in no way benefits mankind,” said Conan O’Brien.

Team Coco Radio is also expected to roll out original programs, as well as events hosted by Conan, including musical performances.

In May 2022, SiriusXM announced that it had acquired Team Coco. As part of the transaction, Conan entered into a five-year talent agreement with SiriusXM under which he will remain the host of his namesake podcast, which continues to be available widely and is produced by Team Coco staff.

About Dana Carvey

Multi-Emmy-nominated, Primetime Emmy Award-winning actor and comedian Dana Carvey is best known for his iconic and indelible “Saturday Night Live” characters — most memorably the Church Lady, the Grumpy Old Man, Hans of the Hans and Franz bodybuilding duo, and, of course, Garth from “Wayne’s World.”

Dana’s Netflix special “Straight White Male, 60” was released in 2016 to much acclaim. He also lent his voice to Pops the dog in the 3D animated mega-hits “The Secret Life of Pets” and “The Secret Life of Pets 2,” released in 2016 and 2019, respectively.
