Brian Kelly Joins SiriusXM College Sports Radio for Weekly College Football Show
The former Notre Dame and LSU head coach will co-host the show with Danny Kanell and Roy Philpott all season.

Three-time Coach of the Year Brian Kelly is joining SiriusXM College Sports Radio (Ch. 84) for the 2026 college football season.
The former Notre Dame and LSU head coach will join Danny Kanell and Roy Philpott every Wednesday at 7am ET, bringing more than three decades of head coaching experience to SiriusXM’s national college football coverage.
“I’m excited to bring what I’ve learned in my many years on the sidelines into the studio with the outstanding team at SiriusXM,” Kelly said. “I look forward to partnering with them every week to give fans an insider’s view of today’s game and the teams and players we’re watching every week.”

Hosts: Brian Kelly, Danny Kanell, and Roy Philpott
Together, Kelly, Kanell, and Philpott will break down the biggest programs, players, games, and storylines from across college football, offering perspectives from both the sideline and the field.
Kelly brings 297 career victories to SiriusXM after head coaching stops at Grand Valley State, Central Michigan, Cincinnati, Notre Dame, and LSU.
During his career, Kelly led Grand Valley State to consecutive Division II national championships, took Notre Dame to the BCS National Championship Game and two College Football Playoff appearances, and won an SEC West title at LSU.
College Football on SiriusXM
Kelly joins SiriusXM just as the 2026 college football season kicks off Saturday, August 29.
SiriusXM will carry more than 90 games during college football’s opening week, August 29–September 7, starting with 11 matchups Saturday. The opening-day schedule includes UNC vs. TCU at Aviva Stadium in Ireland, No. 14 USC vs. San Jose State, and Virginia vs. NC State.
Throughout the regular season and postseason, SiriusXM will carry dozens of live games each week featuring teams from the ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, SEC, and other conferences, plus Notre Dame, Army, Navy, HBCU football, and more.

SiriusXM College Sports Radio features daily analysis and conversation from former players and coaches, Heisman Trophy winners, national champions, and college sports experts.
The daily lineup includes:
- 6–9am ET: Danny Kanell and Roy Philpott
