Nancy Sinatra Compliments Willie Nelson on His ‘Cottage for Sale’ Cover
Frank Sinatra’s daughter shared that Nelson’s track off his “That’s Life” tribute album brought her to tears.
In honor of the release of Willie Nelson’s new Frank Sinatra tribute album, “That’s Life,” the country music legend himself joined Nancy Sinatra — the daughter of the “Chairman of the Board” and host of “Nancy for Frank” on Siriusly Sinatra — for a virtual special at Willie’s Roadhouse.
Willie released “That’s Life” last February, marking his second album of Sinatra classics after 2018’s “My Way,” which won the GRAMMY Award for Best Traditional Pop Solo Album. “That’s Life” includes 11 of the Chairman of the Board’s standards, including the title track, “Luck Be A Lady,” “Nice Work If You Can Get It,” “I’ve Got You Under My Skin,” “You Make Me Feel So Young,” and “I Won’t Dance.”
