The Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros are battling for a World Series championship, and you can catch every game’s action on MLB Network Radio.
The grind of a 162-game regular season schedule and intense postseason matchups have led us to this: Los Angeles and Houston, two teams that broke 100 regular season wins, are facing off in one of the most evenly matched World Series’ in recent memory. Of course, MLB Network Radio is covering the action, including pre-game shows live from Dodger Stadium and Minute Maid Park.
American League MVP favorite, Jose Altuve, explains what it feels like from his perspective, after playing on previous Astros teams that lost 100 or more games, sums it up nicely.

The Astros not only took down the stalwart Boston Red Sox, they managed to stave off a young, surging New York Yankees club that looked prime to capture yet another World Series berth. Then there’s the Dodgers. Winners of a league-best 104 regular season games, Los Angeles has rolled through the postseason, going 7-1 and dethroning last year’s World Series champion Chicago Cubs.
The #Dodgers won 104 games in a division that provided three playoff teams. @MattE_Diaz wonders why people are nitpicking LA.
