Noel Gallagher Admits He Still Doesn’t Know What ‘Champagne Supernova’ Means

In honor of the 25th anniversary and vinyl reissue of the iconic Oasis album “(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?,” Noel Gallagher took over Lithium to share songs and stories from the making of the band’s sophomore release, while also playing songs from the artists that inspired them. “(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?” included the tracks “Wonderwall” and “Champagne Supernova,” which Noel said he still doesn’t understand, despite being the one to write the lyrics.
