Former No. 1 Adult Film Star Lisa Ann has been putting the “fantasy” in SiriusXM’s Fantasy Sports Radio every Monday night at 10 pm ET for awhile now, but she also knows a thing or two about real life. Each week, she’ll be answering your burning questions about sex, relationships and her personal life. This time around, she’s tackling: The difference between Facebook friends vs. real friends, managing her Psoriasis, and the after effects of a career in the adult film industry.

Dear Lisa Ann,

I have a problem. I am 21 years old, in a committed and loving 9-month-long relationship, but every now and then I get the urge to cheat on her.

Now let me start by saying that our sex life is fantastic, so that’s not the reason that I want to cheat on her. I think it is because I haven’t really had that much sexual experience with other people. I’ve literally only had sex with two girls in my entire life, so I’m just really curious about how sex with other people would be.

To me, sex and love are completely separate things. So if I were to cheat, it would just be purely sex. I could never love another girl like I love my girlfriend. I’m just filled to the brink with so much curiosity and lust. What do you think I should do?

– Fighting the Urge

Dear Fighting the Urge,

The temptation is everywhere when you are in a relationship to cheat. I think in your situation you have a simple case of FOMO. “Fear Of Missing Out” … Don’t worry we have all been there, we have all wondered should I be single and doing my own thing or in a relationship. Here is what I suggest, honesty. With yourself and with your girlfriend. Cheating is a betrayal of the trust of someone who potentially loves you. Take it from someone who cheated once, nothing feels worse after. It made me realize my word is more important than ever taking that chance with anyone again. I was raised with the expression “you are only as good as your word.” With that said, think about your word. If you don’t want to be exclusive that is your choice, but you have to make an honest choice and not hurt anyone along the way. When you are feeling an overwhelming sense of “FOMO” remind yourself, you can’t have your cake and eat it too.

Dear Lisa Ann,

What gets your attention when a guy approaches you trying to take you out?

– Ice Breaker

Dear Ice Breaker,

There are two words that came to mind instantly when I read your question. They are manners and patience. They sound pretty basic, but they are not that common. Manners are mandatory, not optional. They are to be used well and freely and not just to who ever you are trying to pick up, they are to be used for everyone around you all the time. When you always exercise good manners, it is effortless around anyone. So when you spot that hot girl, remember good manners will always make you stand out. Having patience is everything when the first thing on your mind is getting her phone number and asking her all the things you want. General conversation is always better and eventually leads to all the answers to your questions. So, when a guy approaches me and is able to be nice to everyone around me, I can’t resist having a conversation with him. It all starts with his manners and patience and can lead to that connection and some good banter. Who knows what could happen next! That’s the best part!

Dear Lisa Ann,

Hey I was interested in knowing what you enjoying doing in your alone time? The time a lot of us who aren’t in the public eye might take for granted. Hobbies, passions etc. Fond regards from the Land of Oz!

– Pastime Pal

Dear Pastime Pal,

My free time is spent doing something outside, walking in the park, at the beach or reading in the sun. I also love to take classes at the gym and enjoy nice long workouts. When I am able to make time to balance all that out with some time at the day spa, things are just perfect. I am pretty simple. My friends know that I am a total homebody, and I love to stay in and cook for them. I also have no problem spending endless hours on my couch watching sports, movies or binge watching Netflix.
