Can I activate my satellite receiver online?
The preferred method is to call 1-855-796-9847 (Monday–Sunday, 8 am–8 pm ET). After you subscribe to SiriusXM Marine, we will send a “refresh” signal to your receiver to finalize the activation.
Can I suspend my service when my boat is out of the water or not in use for a period of time?
We allow customers to "Seasonally Suspend" service at no charge for up to 6 months when their boat is not in use by calling 1-855-796-9847 You cannot suspend your service online at this time.
What is the Radio/Receiver ID number for my satellite receiver, and how do I find it?
The Radio/Receiver ID number location varies depending on the brand and model number of the device however, if the device has audio capability tuning to channel zero will usually display this number. For weather and data receivers there is usually a page in the MFD settings that will display the information if the receiver is connected and functioning properly.
I sold my old boat and bought another one. How do I transfer my SiriusXM subscription to my new boat?
