1. Personal Data We Collect “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked with an individual. Depending on how you use the Fish Mapping App, we may collect the following categories of Personal Data:
  • Account Information, such as your email address and account credentials.
  • Subscription Information, including information about your Fish Mapping subscription and subscription status.
  • Radio Information, such as your SiriusXM Radio ID when you use a Radio ID to establish eligibility for or access to the Fish Mapping App.
  • Device and Technical Information, such as device identifiers, device model, operating system, IP address, authentication information, identifiers required to process payments, and information necessary to operate and secure the Fish Mapping App.
  • App Usage, Engagement and Diagnostics Information, such as information about your interaction with the Fish Mapping App, email communications and where applicable, crash and diagnostic information.
2. How We Use Personal Data We use Personal Data collected through the Fish Mapping App to:
  • create and manage your account;
  • provide and maintain the Fish Mapping App;
  • verify your subscription or eligibility to use the Fish Mapping App;
  • authenticate users and manage authorized devices;
  • provide customer service and respond to your requests;
  • Communicate with you about the Fish Mapping App, Fish Mapping features, services and your subscription;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues;
  • diagnose crashes and improve the reliability and performance of the Fish Mapping App;

  • other purposes disclosed to you at the time your information is collected or with your consent.
We may also use your Personal Data to market and promote SiriusXM services that may be of interest to you. When presenting you with marketing for SiriusXM services we will always provide a link to SiriusXM Privacy Policy so you can learn more about SiriusXM privacy practices and how to opt-out of these communications. We do not use Personal Data collected through the Fish Mapping App for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising.3. How We Share Your Personal Data We may share your data with third-party service providers to help us provide and operate the Fish Mapping App including its functionality, features and operational services. We also engage service providers to support payment processing (such as Apple, Google, and Stripe Inc.). Please note that collection and use of payment information by third-party merchants and payment processors is subject to the privacy policy and terms of the respective third party. For example, Stripe Inc.’s collection and processing of payment information is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy located at https://stripe.com/privacy.We require service providers that process Personal Data on our behalf to protect it and use it only for authorized purposes and that they implement appropriate administrative and technical measures to protect the data. Neither SiriusXM nor our service providers Sell or Share Personal Data (as those terms are defined under applicable state law).4. Cookies and Similar Technologies The Fish Mapping App uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate and provide the app. These technologies support essential functions such as authentication, maintaining account security, processing payments, preventing fraud, and providing requested functionality. Because the cookies used by the Fish Mapping Service are necessary for the Service to function, they cannot be disabled through a cookie preference tool. You may be able to block or delete cookies through your browser settings, however, doing so may prevent certain features of the Fish Mapping Service from functioning properly.5. Security and Retention We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and are proportionate to the sensitivity of the personal information we collect and process.We retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Fish Mapping App, maintain your account and subscription, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and in accordance with Sirius XM’s data retention policies.6.   • Right to Know/Access: You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of Personal Data we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your information. The Fish Mapping App does not share your information with Third Parties (as defined under US Privacy Laws).
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of the Personal Data we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions. The Fish Mapping App only collects Personal Data required to provide the service.
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate Personal Data we maintain about you. You may correct your Personal Data directly within the Fish Mapping App. [5]
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not collect Sensitive Personal Information to provide the Fish Mapping App.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your Privacy rights.
