Desiree Wallace Commends NASCAR for Investigating the Noose in Bubba Wallace's Garage

Desiree Wallace, NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace's mother, called Joe Madison after NASCAR determined that there was no crime connected with a noose found in Bubba Wallace's garage. She praised NASCAR for its investigation and said that at the end of the day, her son just wants to race and to make sure "people of color are able to come out and enjoy the races."
