What is SIRIUS XM on iPhone / iPod Touch?
SIRIUS XM on iPhone and iPod Touch is a mobile extension of your paid SIRIUS or XM Premium Online Service. With this service, you can enjoy over 120 of your favorite SIRIUS & XM internet radio channels on your iPhone or iPod Touch over 3G or WiFi.
What is SIRIUS XM Premium Online?
SIRIUS XM Premium Online delivers over 120 internet channels of 128kbps audio, online and to your iPhone and iPod Touch. Premium Online also includes select exclusive internet-only channels.
Which Apple Products are equipped to use this application?
The SIRIUS XM app currently works on Apple's iPhone, iPhone 3G and iPod touch.

**Note** A minimum of iTunes 7.7 is required for syncing any device running 2.0 firmware. And 2.0 firmware is a free upgrade for iPhone & iPhone 3G (it is a paid upgrade for iPod Touch) and is available for download on iTunes.

How do I install the Application?
Download the SIRIUS XM Premium Online Application directly to the device by selecting the App Store icon on your iPhone or iPod Touch home screen and searching for "SIRIUS XM" – or – you can also search "SIRIUS XM" on the iTunes Store on your home computer and then sync the Application to your device.
How do I launch the Application after downloading it?
The application icon will appear on the home screen of your iPhone or iPod Touch. Tap the SIRIUS XM icon to launch the application.
What is the cost of this application?
The application is FREE. Streaming to iPhone and iPod Touch is FREE with a paid Premium SIRIUS Internet Radio or Premium XM Radio Online subscription. You can also sample great SIRIUS & XM content with a FREE TRIAL. Visit siriusxm.com/oniphone for more details.
Will I be automatically charged after the free trial?
No. After the trial is over you will need to subscribe in order to continue listening.
Why am I having trouble logging in?
You must be a Premium Online subscriber to listen to SIRIUS or XM on your iPhone or iPod Touch. Basic Online Subscribers don't have access to alternate listening locations such as iPhone and iPod Touch. Call Listener Care to upgrade your online account to Premium Online.

SIRIUS & XM offer all of the channels for which we have mobile performance rights. For that reason, certain channels which may be available on your satellite radio or online radio service may not be available on a mobile device like the iPhone.
How many channels are included with this service?
You'll have access to over 120 music, sports, talk, comedy & entertainment channels from your device. The device content lineup will be very similar to your online service lineup. How can I switch and take a call from my iPhone?
To receive a call, the SIRIUS XM Application will automatically interrupt audio play in order for a call to be answered. When the call is complete, the application will restart on its own. Press Play to start listening again.
Will I continue to receive emails, text messages, and phone calls while listening to the Application?
Yes. Emails, text messages, and phone calls for iPhone will still be delivered to the iPhone and iPod Touch while the app is playing. In order to respond, you will need to exit the application.
Can I use other applications while listening to the Application?
No. Only one third party application can run at a time.
Does using earphones improve the quality of sound?
Yes. Using earphones to listen will deliver an even better listening experience.
Why do I hear different quality audio at different times when I listen to the service?
WiFi coverage should provide consistently high-quality audio but you may notice variability in audio quality when your device is connecting to the cellular network. The SIRIUS XM Premium Online Application uses "variable bitrate streaming" in order to provide you with the highest quality of audio possible given the current network conditions.
Why do channels stop midway through songs?
The network connection on your device can sometimes be lost, interfering with audio performance. Audio should automatically restart once the network connection is regained, but if you have been out of coverage for a significant period of time you may need to select 'Play' to restart the channel, or select an alternate channel to continue listening.
Why doesn't the quality of the SIRIUS XM Application match up with my Satellite Radio?
The SIRIUS XM Premium Online Application relies on your mobile carrier's network to deliver a continuous audio stream to your iPhone or iPod Touch device. As a result, signal quality can vary.
I deleted the Application off my device - why am I still getting a monthly bill?
Because your subscription to Premium Online allows you to listen online as well as on your iPhone or iPod Touch device, deleting the application does not automatically cancel your subscription. For information on how to cancel your Premium Online subscription, visit: siriusxm.com
