Earlier this year, actress Rebecca Ferguson — who stars in the “Silo” series as well as the “Mission Impossible” and “Dune” franchises — inadvertently sent the internet scrambling to figure out whom she referred to as “an absolute idiot of a costar” during an interview on the “Reign With Josh Smith” podcast. In the video above of Rebecca’s recent conversation with Jess Cagle and Julia Cunningham on Radio Andy (Ch. 102), she explains how she was not expecting that reaction from fans.

“The point of the interview wasn’t about finding the person,” Rebecca clarifies in the clip. Her list of high-profile costars includes Emily Blunt, Tom Cruise, Michael Fassbender, Hugh Grant, Jake Gyllenhaal, Chris Hemsworth, Hugh Jackman, Dwayne Johnson, Ewan McGregor, Ryan Reynolds, and Meryl Streep. “Of course people would be interested. But what I was excited about, the question, it was a very good question by [the host].”
